By using Zephlo (the “Service”, operated by Archie Design App LLC), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Zephlo lets you save links to articles, places, recipes, dishes, and videos, uses AI to extract structured details from their publicly available content, and organizes them into a searchable library and folders. Because extraction depends on third-party content and platform limits, we cannot guarantee that every save is classified or extracted correctly. When we are not confident, we may preserve the original link without complete extracted details.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country. Don’t use the Service to save unlawful content or to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer it.

Credits, subscriptions, and purchases

• New users receive a one-time allowance of welcome credits. A credit is consumed only when a save is successfully extracted — failed or unsupported saves never cost a credit.
• New users receive 15 welcome credits. Zephlo Pro includes 300 successful AI saves per monthly quota period. Purchased credit packs never expire and remain available after a Pro quota reset.
• If a save is blocked because no credit is available, you may optionally watch one rewarded ad per day to retry that specific save. Ad rewards cannot be stored for future saves.
• Auto-renewing subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. A subscription automatically renews at the then-current price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. The specific plan name, billing period, and price are shown in the app before you purchase.
• Purchases are subject to Apple’s standard terms; refunds are handled by Apple.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the accuracy or completeness of extracted content. Always verify critical details (such as addresses, opening hours, allergens, and instructions) with the original source.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archie Design App LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. See also our Privacy Policy.
